Is our data sent to an AI company?
Only the minimum needed to answer a question, through business APIs that don’t use your data to train their models. Your database stays where it is, and we can mask personal details such as phone and ID numbers.
Can you add AI to a system someone else built?
Usually, yes, as long as we can get read access to the database or an API. We start with a short review to confirm.
How accurate are the answers?
