How are M-Pesa gifts matched to members?
Members give through an M-Pesa prompt from the church website, which knows who they are, or pay to the Paybill with their member number as the account. Either way the gift is recorded against the right member and fund automatically.
Can we track pledges for a building project?
Yes. Each project has a target, and each pledge shows what’s been paid and what remains, with gentle reminders if you want them.
Who can see giving records?
Only the people you choose, usually the treasurer and finance team. Pastors and group leaders can see membership and attendance without seeing giving.
Can members get a giving statement?
Yes, on request or automatically at year end, by email, SMS link or print.
